well today is my weigh in day Mood

i still weigh 145

gosh i think its so hard for me because of 2 reasons

i have never, in my adult life weighed less than 145, ever

and the second, its been so hard to get back on track since my vacation.

i am feeling a little bit sad about it.

next tuesday my goal is 143-144

i really want this

    I understand why you are feeling disppointed with weighing the same, but you have come such a long way and you look absolutely fantastic!! I am glad to see that you have a realistic goal of losing 1-2 lbs. a week...you can totally do that!! Good luck!!

    jcstella couldn't have said it any better. You have done a tremendous job in getting to where you are now. And, I agree with the realistic goals, that way you won't hurt your body and drive yourself nuts over it.

    You CAN do this!! I am totally on team Nina here! Plataus suck but you WILL overcome this! Also think of it this way, you are still WAY young and most of that you were bigger so its not like you can use that excuse about your whole adult life! ;) hehe I believe in you and KNOW that you will do this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
