New Week, and a new commitment to journaling.
Breakfast
- 1 c of organic bran flakes- 3
- 1/2 c of skim milk- 1
- 3 packs (yes 3...) of sugar in the raw in my tea- 1
Lunch
- soy taco (whole wheat tortilla, taco flavoredsoy fake ground beef stuff, salsa, 1 tbsp cheese) 4
- chocolate covered granola bar- 4
- 1 c of grapes- 1
snack
- 1 c of pomegranite juice- 2
- 1/c of fat free yogurt w/ a sprinkle of granola- 2
total so far: 19 - 1 for going to the gym = 18
hopefully I can keep my dinner to 10 points

1 c of mixed vegetables w/ 1 tblps of olive oil- 2
1/2 c of corn- 1
Starbucks Iced Caffe Light- 2.5

Not too bad, that pizza kind of hurt but it looked sooooo good.
