, , , 2006 domestic violence survior, , pain for long time but couldn't figure it out ok it's ic, , i have lupus too, so i will get used to it also......i am a artist , , so glad i have a love that doesn't hurt me ........i am shocked by the divorce system for domestic violence survivors...i am so happy i don't blame my self any more......... knowledge is key nfor all our problems..this site has helped give me a support system
Interests
i love to paint, glass, , work with cement...any thing artistic....i am getting back to the love life thing....i can even see my self in the mirror again

I just read your post in the IC group and I feel terrible you are going through so much! I have had IC for 9 years (officially) but have been living with this pain since I was little! I wanted to send you a hug and some get feel better wishes..

PLEASE hang in there. I know its hard and yes stress does make worse. My doc put me on an anti depressant, I didnt want to go on one but he said it will help calm my brain which makes my IC better. I am also sticking to the diet by the letter, PLEASE stick to the diet. Are you on Elmiron and have you had bladder coatings? Also alot of people say the OTC drug "Prelief" is good but I just drink a little backing soda water before I eat something that may not agree with me. So sorry to hear about the divorce, I will say a prayer for you and here is the biggest hug ever. oxoxoLaura

Close Interstitial Cystitis (IC)
i have lupus,fybermyalgia,,,,,gullain barre........,recently diag with ic,,,had the surgery,,,now twice a week cath. with elmiron and other things,,,i am a domestic battery survivor...this new problem is so painful,,i thought i had had enough with all the other problems,,,wow,,single and no sex,,how challenging,,im really don't know what else to say,,i am in such shock about the ic,,depressed and feel so lonely..thank u for this group,,i hopei ma,,kisses leslie
