Close Bipolar Disorder
My husband was recently dianosed as Bipolar and I am trying to learn as much about this disorder as I can.
Close Diets & Weight Maintenance
Treatments
- Weight Watchers Working / Worked
- I was a member of Weight Watchers 3 different times. I would lose maybe 20 or 30 lbs and quit every time. It does work, I just got tired of counting points.
- hCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) Working / Worked
- I did the HCG injections for a couple of months. I lost about 28 lbs in 2 1/2 months but at $20 a shot, I just couldn't afford to do them anymore.

Treatments
- Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals Working / Worked
- This worked if I had the motivation to keep doing it.
- Meridia Not Working
- I took this for a while. I don't think it helped at all
- Physical Exercise Working / Worked
- It will work if I make myself get up and do it. I used to be a member of a gym but cannot afford that at this time.
- Phentermine Working / Worked
- This pill gave me so much energy and I would not feel hungry all day but after about 2 months I built up a tolerance to it and my appetite came back with a vengence.
