      Chronic Insomnia for over 20 years.

      Treatments

      Ambien Not Working
      did not always work. Next day side effects - groggy, dizzy, headache.
      Lunesta Not Working
      dizzy and headaches and did not help me sleep
      Trazodone Not Working
      Fainted 1/2 hour after taking a pill
      Valerian Not Working
      did nothing at all
      Xanax Working / Worked
      take this occasionally and it helps but it is addictive

      Diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety. Also suffer from Chronic Insomnia.

      Treatments

      Ativan Somewhat Helpful
      Helps me to calm down. But take it occassionaly since it is addictive.
      Klonopin Not Working
      Have been taking it for 4 months. Don't see any change.
      Xanax Somewhat Helpful
      Works sometimes but have been addicted to it in the past.
