During the session with the eating disorder therapist the other day, I told her about some negative self talk that I've become aware of.  Specifically, after I put on my make up, I say "That'll do, Pig."  Like from the movie Babe.  The therapist suggested that I apologize to my body for the negative things that I say about myself.  So, I've been doing that.  Its been really powerful.  There is a level of compassion for myself that I've never felt before.  Compassion and acceptance.  I think that acceptance is a HUGE deal when it comes to this whole body/food recovery process.
