...at the gym so now have someone working with me on cardio, strength training, stretching.  Also did the full analysis, metabolism is low, I need 1258 calories a day, the weight of my muscles, etc. Apparently I am 33 percent fat. 10kgs of fat in my torso alone, a horror!  Committed to 5 days a week, and will use my big dinner party on the 26th of this month as my next goal to work toward.

 

Overspent last two months  and watching our investments tank, while declaring we want to buy a house. How that will work I don't know.

 

Struggling with jetlag, staying up too late and barely alive in the morning. Meanwhile my cat Bunny sleeps all day and all night (tired from his time at 'summer camp' at the vet's). He doesn't sleep at all when we board him.

 

Book progress going well, but a legal consult with an intellectual property lawyer has made me feel conservative again about telling anyone what i am doing or who or what it's about. That includes here on DS. After all the years of secrecy it doesn't feel good to have to be careful like this. Distinctly felt the chokehold of the abuser on my neck after learning my legal position. At least the attorney directed me how to write the book in a way most easily defensible in court if I should be hit with defamation claims of recklessness or malice.  And, reviewing the entire situation's stakes and declaring my intentions will make a nice preface to the book.

 

Chatted with my sister a bit the other day but not enough!!
