      I'm 248 right now. I just made it under the 250 mark which was my first goal. My goal now it to get to 215 by my birthday at the end of August. I used to play tennis so I'd like to get fit enough to do that again. I struggle with back pain, knee pain, shin pain, depression, and I'm only 24. I can't do it anymore. I am too young to have all these problems. And I want to be able to wear nicer clothes too.

      I did it for a while but didn't care for the side effects and was afraid of losing vitamins in my body that I need. It was also expensive. I'm considering asking my doctor to prescribe it to me instead.

      I use calorie count plus. It helps me hold myself accountable.

      I don't know enough about it but am considering attending a meeting to see what it is about.

      It's good as a starting point but hard to stick to when you overeat as much as I do but I have lost some.
