I have a daughter that has hep.c and she can not seem to get any help so as to get help medically. Has anyone got any advice

Adult Asthma

I have been diagnosed with Asthma & copd I sometimes haved trouble with my breathing due to stress. How do we stop the stress?
Treatments
Albuterol (Working / Worked) I am still on ProAir, It works fine. No side effects as i know of.
Serevent (Working / Worked) works fine, no side effects
Singulair (Working / Worked) makes my throat a little dry, but works good
Pulmicort inhaler (Working / Worked) make me nervoustastes awful

I have copd and sometimes I get panic attacks. I get really scared that i am not going to breathe again
