I discovered early in Feb. that my H had started an affair with a colleague in Jan. We moved to the US from Europe years ago and have moved around a lot since to further my H`s professional development. My family is over there, my few friends here all over the place. Up until then my H was my best friend and we did almost everything together. I decided to give myself 6 months to see if there is anything worth salvaging of my formerly good marriage.

Close Breakups & Divorce
After 6 months of trying I now have to admit defeat; we are going to separate. My H is a bit shocked about my sudden decision, but I think it`s for the best. Still, after 18 good years (+ 6 miserable months) it`s the most difficult thing I have ever had to decide.
