Don't do this to yourself, Nita. Remember, you can always trust yourself. So, you need to pick yourself up. You have lots of friends. You can reach out to all your friends and talk things out. Get it off your chest. It's is always good to get away from the situation that is upsetting you. Go meet with a friend or watch a funny movie. Something, anything to get away from the moment that has you thinking bad things. You are a good person. A kind and loving person. Hang in there. (((HUGS))) Wish I was living closer, then I would give you a real hug and come over as well.
