Wednesday, June 11, 2008 | A General Update story

I had my first injection of Beterferon yesterday, it was only a quarter dose, gradually build up. I still feel very scared. I wish it was Friday, I would have had the second injection then, my insulin needles are much smaller, so this is a bit of a shock. I am not sure how I am going to go.

I take Avonex. It has a needle any junkie would want. I couldn't imagine shooting up more thanonce a week. I believew the saying "just grit your teeth and do it" fits here. Doing my injections was easier on me than on the orange. You can do it. Wish I could be there to hold your hand. Hugs. Holly

I think I may run out of space on my body, I like yo do injections in my stomache, tommorrow night I will have to do three for the fist time, just doing two insulin ones at the same time is not easy, now ms, if I go out I shall need a truck just to carry meds, I have to take this ms injection every two days

I was out with my 2nd daughter today ( who is down from interstate) and I had a very tight feeling in my chest, I had to go and sit down for a while until this went away, maybe 30 minutes does this mean anything
