Well, so far so good still!! I continue to have my moments of high anxiety and different instances where anxiety will spring new physical symptoms on me out of nowhere, but I stay strong and tell myself that if they are anxiety related, they can't hurt me. As soon as I calm down and/or distract myself they go away, so I know anxiety is the culprit.
Thank you so much to my friends out there on DS too for helping me along this journey!! I could not have gotten to where I am without your kind words and support!
Hope to hit that 100% goal soon!!

While going through my anxiety ups and downs I lost A LOT of weight without even trying. I know, I know...who am I to complain about that?!! Honestly though, I am 5'7" and I got down to 104 pounds.
Now that I am a more relaxed and content person, I have been able to get my weight up to 115 pounds!!:) My goal is to get up to 125-130 pounds, which is a very healthy weight for my height. I don't want to just pack on pounds though, I want to pack on pounds and become toned and feel attractive once again!
I started this goal because I want to keep myself motivated. I recently bought an IPod and downloaded a bunch of songs and went for a 20 minute jog yesterday, so that was a start! I am waiting for a pilates and a yoga DVD to come in from Ebay...hoping to get them today, but we'll see.

Going to the gym and making friends there is what really helped me. There are people who always go at the same time as me, and we can chat while we do the treadmill. It's always more fun to have an exercise partner.
Of course, that can be dangerous too, because then if they say they're not going, it can lead you to talk yourself out of going... But... Well, it's all will power, right?
I hope your getting into shape goal works! You should build up some muskles too ;)
Well, I am happy to say I still have not had any anxiety attacks:) This has been great, but still I am getting the annoying general anxiety symptoms..if I could figure out a way to control those, I'd be set!!
I got my food allergy test results back yesterday....I am allergic to just about everything that I eat normally! I'm talking egg, wheat, garlic, apples, pears, carrots, spinach, and the list goes on!! I couldn't believe it...I guess there are different levels of allergies though. I have never had any issues with eating these things, or at least not that I am aware of, so I am assuming they are very mild allergies.
The only problem now, because I think way too much about and into everything, I freak out when I eat anything containing any of the things I show an allergy to...it's like I have convinced myself subconsciously that these things will end up making me feel bad or something...urg!!
I wonder if they have contributed at all to the anxiousness I feel at times (my Aunt had a similar experience). She said once she cut the allergens out of her diet she felt totally normal again, so we'll see. It is extremely hard to dodge products with wheat and egg ingredients though, so last night and today have been really tough! To make life easier on myself I am going to stop in a whole foods store to do some research on organic foods. I have heard that they are better for you in the long run anyway so I guess it doesn't hurt!

don't let your mind create fears with these foods, especially since you have never had a reaction to any of them! wheat and dairy definitely can be culprits in our brain chemistry! the dairy is easy to eliminate..wheat, gluten, etc are much harder. take it slow, research, talk to the people at whole foods. remember to take things in moderation! xoxo
