Treatments
- Radiotherapy Considering
- fried his brain. Should NOT have done. had slow growing tumor. i would not recommend this to anyone else with my husband's type of tumor where it was located.
- Surgery, Brain Working / Worked
- 2nd surgery in 2007 resulted in severe stroke, but that still not as debilitating as radiation.
- Temodar Considering
- don't know if it was beneficial.
- Surgery, Brain Working / Worked
- First surgery in 2001 resulted in memory loss and aphasia, but otherwise quality of life was fairly good. 2nd surgery May 2007 got a good portion of the tumor, but side effect was a serious stroke.
