We were up all night last night and boy do I have a whopper of a migrane today. I had to take Hayden for his 15 month check up today and shots...... man I hate putting him through that. He starts freaking out the minute they touch him so he screamed and screamed until he puked, then screamed some more. He is taking a much needed nap right now so I am trying to do some research.

I got a copy of the Neurologist report from his visit in February and I am heart-sick. Sometimes not knowing is better........ isn't it?......... The neurologist had told us about the autism, microcelphaly, hypotonia and clonus but never once mentioned that he has Static Encephalopathy.... and it is his primary diagnosis. Why didn't he discuss this with me instead of me having to read it from a peice of paper?

Knowing IS better. It gives you a direction. From what I've read, static encephalopathy is just the over all name ("reason") for the individual diagnosis he's already received. (but remember, I'm just an accountant. It's all the rest of my family that's in medicine!)
