Hya, im ok ta, hmmm 60 canadian dollas... not sure how that translates to pounds, guessing about just over half so about £35, not too bad i spose, just well skint at the mo!! Thanks for the link and name of the book, will definately be checking those out... not sure about the causes, theres alot of stuff, it can be pretty complicated. Mostly i'd say socially and to do with this huge insecurity about myself and my appearence.
