      Hi Suzanne, not too bad today, started on new medication today (Citalopram) hoping not to get too many side effects, had to come off prozac, they seemed to be wearing off and no longer working for me, how are you today ? xx Karen

      I have suffered from depression for years,sometimes it just comes out of no where and its a lot worse in the winter it seems to be worse from september on wards.

      Treatments

      Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Considering
      would like to try
      Prozac Somewhat Helpful
      I went on a low dosage and they helped a lot but seemed to wear off after a while and i didnt want to get addicted to them.
      Psychotherapy Somewhat Helpful
      I got this for free for a while then i had to pay and couldnt afford to carry it on.
      Support from Friends & Family Somewhat Helpful
      The support only help for a little while, they dont really understand.
