Know how you feel. Life can be a bitch sometimes. Just take it one day at a time. I will have had my transplant 6 years in Sept and trust me it was all worth it. I was so sick before, and I'm sure you were too. I am truly blessed and it does get easier as time goes by. I was taking 60 pills a day at first and now I'm down to 6 morning and night so it is much better. My strength is returning although it took forever it seems. I took part in the transplant games last month and it was a life changing experience. God Bless and I will be praying for you. Paula

Transplanted on 01/13/2007. I have been battling HEP C and Liver disease for 10 Years now. I found in 1997 that I contracted it while in the Navy in 1983 due to an emergency surgery I underwent in Manama, Bahrain.
Liver transplant on 01/13/2007, Happily married 47 Year old male with a ten year old daughter, 25 year old son and 3 crazy miniature dachshunds!
