TODAY STARTED OUT AS A WONDERFUL DAY I COULD'NT ASK FOR A BETTER START TO MY DAY AND THEN I DONT KNOW WHAT CAME OVER ME THE GIRL THAT WAITED ON ME JUST SET ME OFF AND I HAVE BEEN SAD AND CRYING SINCE I DONT UNDERSTAND IT AND THEN THERE ARE THE DISCUSSIONS WITH TONY I KNOW HE LOVES ME BUT I FEEL LIKE I AM BEING WATCHED OVER LIKE EVERYONE IS AFRAID I AM GOING TO DO SOMETHING LIKE HURT MYSELF BUT THEY SHOULD ALL KNOW BETTER THAN THAT I HAVE HAD THOSE THOUGHTS I AM NOT GOING TO SAY I HAVENT BECAUSE THEN I WOULD BE LYING BUT I NEVER FOLLOW THROUGH ON THEM SO I KNOW THAT THEY ARE JUST THOUGTHS RUNNING IN MY HEAD AND NOT THOUGHTS THAT WOULD OR WILL BECOME ACTIONS I FEEL LIKE THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH ME LIKE LIKE I AM SOME KIND OF CRAZY PERSON MAYBE I SHOULD BE LOCKED UP I DONT KNOW ANYMORE I THOUGHT I WAS OK BUT FOR THE LAST FEW DAYS I AM NOT SO SURE ANYMORE I FEEL LIKE I AM GOING CRAZY OR I AM ALREADY THERE FOR ME TO BE SO ANGRY THE LAST FEW DAYS THERE IS NOT A REASON SO I NEED TO FIGUR OUT WHATS WRONG WITH ME IF ITS ALL IN MY HEAD OR WHAT THE PROBLEM IS I DONT KNOW

Sry to hear your feeling the way you are, but from what it sounds like to me is slight depression setting in. I too have felt just the same as u, & can't figure out why either. Talk about frustrating shit! (sry bout my language) If I could give you an idea of how to figure things out, sweetie, i would. I can't figure out why I"M like this too.(smile) I'm soooo with you on this, and I hope you start to feel better soon. This feeling we both seem to have is rough, I know it all too well. NO! your not crazy either. Good luck with stuff,and try to keep your head up...I'm doing the same myself
