About Me
I am a substance abuse counselor who has been clean herself for 10 + years. I am a mother, grandmother, and pagan goddess! I recently learned that I have acute Hep c and am looking for support from others. I also have lost 80 pounds since April 2007 by deciding to live a healthy and fit lifestyle. Close Panic Attacks
I started having panic attacks while still using crystal meth in the early 90's. By 2001 they were out of control, and I had to go on Klonazapam, which eventually worked well and keeps them under control.

- At first, this made me dizzy, which made the attacks worse. Now though, I feel great and rarely get even a small panic attack anymore!

- I recommend meditation for any type of stress or anxiety.
