Well thats a start often too many people do not open up if there is a problem in a relationship, least you are very open with her... I just feel numb at the moment, no feelings? that sort of numb...if that makes sense?

Hi hunny, am so crap if things go wrong I just turn to the bottle, spent the last few days wasted, am so ashamed of myself..... I cant go on like this, am not helping myself, am still off work sick,. I use the drink to escape I know this, I feel I can cope with things much more when pissed.....
