    About Me

I was diagnosed with M/S on October 31, 2004. I was forced to retire in February 2005. I would really like to meet other people with M/S and maybe we can help each other. It is always easier, I found, to talk with people who know what you are feeling.

    Interests

Movies, used to play softball and was a cheerleader in High School. Love to go for walks. when I can. Keep a positive attitude towards life. I can see and I can walk!!!

  • Support Groups

    • Close Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
      Type: Relapsing-remitting MS

I was diagnosed October 31, 2004. My entire life changed. I retired after 27 years with the same company. I had to move due to stairs from a home I lived in for 20 + years. I have never attended a support group; however, I thought this would be a good first step in the right direction.

      Treatments

      Copaxone Working / Worked
Very good. My last relapse was February of 2006. I was scard to give myself a shot but now it has become part of my morning each day.
