Not doin so hot
is feeling Horrible
I am currently a college student. I have been buliemic for a year now (wow!). NOBODY that knows me knows- no one. I am at the point where I am finally realizing I really do have a problem and I dont know what to do.
family and friends, shopping, exercising/rollerblading, animals and the environment, reading, fitness and nutrition, and so much more... Im very outgoing and love doing new things

Listen here. You are a beautiful girl just the way you are. Everyone has their own personal enemies but I wanted to let you know that YOU are far from fat & Far from ugly. I think when you wake up in th morning you need to go to a mirror and repeat "I am a beautiful, healthy, intelligent young women and I am happy with myself just the way I am!" b/c honestly if you wake up everyday with the feelings of self disgust.. thats how your self image will stay! Ive been buliemic for a year now. Im in denial but am starting to realize I need help.
I love working out and am very in to health and nutrition. I am working very hard to get into a healthy exercise and eating routine.
I really need to develop a healthy eating plan I can stick to and learn how to avoid binges.
