I have lost a lot of weight but I still feel 
and feel I am doing it for all the wrong reasons. I am also afraid to go shopping for new clothes for I know I am still to big to fit in the clothes I love. IWhat erks me is I go to the high eand stores and I am a size 14 and go to the low end stores like Walmart I cant even fit into a 16 what gives....no wonder I hate shopping!!!
