mom 5 year old autistic daughter is nonverbal saying things in her ear helps last night i sang in her ear she began to sing too...i was amazed cant talk but she can sing.ps i also have a newborn she is 3 mos and half.we should talk..

My son is 5 and just started talking - he's in the austim spectrum and at the low end - but it's still a struggle communication is such a necessity - auditory processing is such a necessity it's sooo hard - but you hang in there - each improvementa nd each word will give you much encouragement.
