so..yesterday pretty much sucked beyond belief.

i dont wanna get deep into the story cause its dumb but there were some retarded family issues going down today and i pretty much lost it cause im all pms'y and emotional.

can we say headache? ew.

it was one of those days where i really wanted to lock myself in here and sleep all day and have people forget that i existed for 24 hours.

well, some people do that anyway i think. lol i tend to blend in.

so yeah. since i was so upset, my pain level was at about a 200 and needed to be at a 0. when i get really upset, my pain gets really really bad. it was pretty much unbearable all day..i cried for hours and im really not one to cry too often, especially cause of pain but being upset on top of cramps on top of my usual pain which was amplified, wore me down to a big ball of emoness.

if you have fibro, im sure you know what im talking about.

but i fail at controlling my emotions so yeah. i was pretty screwed with that.

today im gonna go with my mom and grandmother to hang out at my great aunts. i need to spend more time with my family so i decided to tag along. they always amuse me with their stories from 'back in the day' too so that should be good

i just thought i'd get all that out as an attempt to make me feel a bit better.
