    About Me

I'm a registered qualified psychiatric nurse and have written my own 'working' theory not favoured by the profession (at present). I had PTSD ? Bipolar for 11 years... Please read my journal entry, it may help you. If you are feeling distressed right now and I happen to be online, give me an instant message request as I may be able to talk you through my theory on a one to one. I have now posted a video on here!! More will follow with sub-sections.

    Interests

Helping people. I like butterflies and pussy cats. I Love this planet (nature, picturesque views etc). I am proving (slowly) that all mental illnesses and physical ailments is a 'memory' of a physical trauma experienced as individuals and categorised in similarity of 'symptoms'. The stress response (memory) can be 'switched off' if the person can remember/visualise the event of their 'physical trauma' in the 'first' person. My therapy is treatment for: self harm/injury, addiction including smoking, PTSD, stress/anxiety, physical ailments such as thiroid problems, bone-spurs, posture, gastric problems and many more..

A friend is someone you hold dear: Someone who is always there, through thick and thin; Someone who is only a phone call away. A friend is someone you can always rely on: Someone who is there to share your thoughts with; Someone to listen, no matter the subject. A friend is someone you can feel comfortable with: Someone you can sit silently beside, without conversation; Someone you do not need to fill the quiet moments with. A friend is someone you can trust: Someone who will guard your deepest secrets; Someone who will never let you down. A friend is someone who is not judgmental: Someone who will gently offer advice and opinions, Yet, someone who is not overbearing or critical. A friend is someone who can keep you grounded: Someone who can help you see through your obstacles; Someone to shoulder you through life's trials. A friend is someone who shares unconditionally: Someone to laugh and to cry with; Someone to lean on, through both the good and the bad. A friend is someone you choose wisely, For a friend is your own mirrored image: Someone to compliment your own self; Someone who indicates who you are as a person. A friend.... is what you are to me. I love you. Teresa

There are days when bubbling from us comes the innocent child within, who giggles at the little things and wears a silly grin. There are days when melancholy comes to visit for a while; the mind feels tired, the body weak; we have no strength to smile. There are days when joy abundant grabs a hold of you and me; wraps us up in all it's splendor, lifts us up and sets us free. There are days when sorrow wraps us in its cloak of grief and fear, 'till our hearts ache to the breaking, 'till our eyes can't shed a tear. There are days when love bestows us with its wonderment and light; with its beauty and its mystery, its power and its might. And there are days when life rewards us and seems to make amends by granting us a marvelous gift, the precious gift of Friends. Love, Teresa

A friend is someone special sharing moments that are precious. Always true, yet like a perfect diamond are rare and few. Unconditional times are spent through laughter and tears. These memories will last through out the years. When you are troubled and your burden is heavy, a friend is there to chase away your tears and worries. A friend is always concerned for your well being. Lending advice for you to learn when needed. Never demanding or judgmental. A friend is truly sentimental. So always remember at any given day, a true friend showers you with love and sincerity. And forever in your heart they remain. Thank you for being my friend. Love, Teresa

You are special, because you're someone's friend. You've touched someone's life in a unique way like no one else could. You've been there when someone needed you, when someone felt sad and all alone. You've given comfort. You've made someone smile. You've been there to celebrate the good times, and to lend an ear when someone needed you to listen. You are special, because you're my friend, and I appreciate everything you've done for me. Love, Teresa

    • Close Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder

I was beaten half to death by my husband (now ex) in 1996. My flashbacks were emotional and physiological experienced 11 times over 12 years (3 months at a time with the episodes of wishing I was dead lasting 6-8 weeks (depression)). And although I knew what caused the flashbacks (remembered 'watching' the event) I didn't realise this was a vivid emotional and physiological memory. I have written my own theory called 'The Temporal Lobe Link'. Read my journal 16th Jan 08, it may help you

Can you remember any kind of physical trauma (body or head) closely linked to grief? If you do remember, your visual memory perception would be like 'watching a movie' of yourself, if so I may be able to help you.

I was diagnosed with IBS in January 2007. Little did I know that IBS is often due to a 'pain memory’. I switched off my symptoms 6 months ago after suffering with IBS 10 months and may be able to help you switch off yours, send me a message as I’ll be glad to be of help if I can.
