hi...i was married 20 years..divorced and became invovled in an online relationship that lasted almost 10 years ..and that has now ended... i feel as tho i've lost my best friend... we were online almost 24/7 when i wasn't working..we connected because we had both lost family members to unexpected deaths and became dependant on each other.. to where I've become socially isolated and really wanting to start over ...this sounds so depressing .. thx for listening

- DS has been such a lifesaver for my mental psyche...borrowing someones mantra when i get weak and feel like contacting him again... "he is NOT thinking about you" and that stops me cold

- time is still my enemy...it is scarey that it's been 6 weeks since i was last with my ex.. scarey cause i miss him so much..but positive because i do see myself getting stronger slow but sure
