If my back was not killing me with pain this morning, I just might be able to set up comfortably. That is not the case, and it probably will not be.
This afternoon, I am going to see my physical therapist again. My knees are also killing me this morning. It almost sounds as if I should be dead by now, doesn't it? My therapist will use ultrasound on my knees and ankles, as well as to massage them, and then stretch the muscles in my legs. And they call this therapeutic?
I seem to be having computer problems again. My computer stays on all night because I have a DSL connection, which is what it should do. During the past week, the screensaver has not been coming on when it should. I am surprised that the screen has not burned out already. I change some settings in the computer last night, and they seemed to have worked to a certain extent. When I got up this morning, the computer monitor had shut down. When I turned it on, a welcome screen appeared which is not supposed to happen. This is frustrating, but I will live with it as long as the computer does not start crashing.
That elusive magical sleep finally struck me last night. Of course, it had a little help in the form of my staying awake till 2:30 AM watching nothing but junk on TV. It was either watch more or fall asleep, and I am glad the latter occurred.
There has been a drastic change in the weather here. Last week, the temperature was in the upper 70s (and low 80s in some places), but last night a cold front came storming through dropping the temperatures to the low 30s and upper 20s. In addition to that, we had a combination of rain and snow, with a little thunder thrown in as well. I need to find a better climate to live in than this.

I find it amazing that you are able to withstand an excruciatingly high level of pain, be sleep deprived, deal with many daily frustrations, and yet...you are so diplomatic, polite, and congenial.
You are a better man than I.
