The weather was nice here this week, so that gave me the opportunity to get out more and be with people. I managed to initiate conversations with people I did not know on my rides to and from various appointments.
I rewarded myself for doing this by getting some new clothing, which I have always left for others to do for me until this month. I am starting to feel good about taking control of my life again.
