Could not sleep well last night my arms from my elbow to hands tingled and going to go pee ever 30 mins didnt help either then did go to sleep but need to get up around 5 am for classes. Tired most of the day came home for lunch layed down for 30 mins it helped some I am edgy as all get out and my teeth are killing me so took 4 hydrocor. 750 mil .....aaaawwww give me strength to get through all this. I just tell myself if this isnt a good time to quit smoking then when is???

When I found this site I was looking for support for smoking but had no idea all in one place I can find something I can realte to with so many people, it is hard to be 37 and delt with so many things HIV, Test. cancer, smoking, DDD, my studies in shool to work towards a better me in Nutrition to help others, and quitting alcohol since 2001. I just hope that with my personal experiences can help someone with the same problems I have overcome.

First things first, it is a great site, it is a good time to quit, chantix is a wonderful aide in quitting but does mess with the sleeping, not only the dreams, and even after I quit the chantix I still had trouble with the sleep and a mild bit of depression, it passes and it is worth it so try, you have some time, you had a slip and I think you can do it! I hope it's okay I read your journal, stay well, and I love the avitar!!!

know those posts are there to stop stupid people from running out into the street and killing themselves, but we're not ALL stupid! We don't all need nurse-maiding. I know - there should be a stupidity tax, just tax the STUPID people!

I LOVE the idea of taxing stupid people!! How can we get on the side that decides who is taxed? Can we also ban them from procreating?
