Hey mystie, thanks for the hug :). I am doing okay. The past several days have been sort of rough because my PCP took me off of clonazepam and my last dose was on Monday. I'm still on Lexapro, but he didn't increase the dose when he took me off the other med and that is what my therapist wanted him to do. So, if he doesn't increase the dose I may need to go to a psychologist for medication. We'll see what happens. My anxiety level has been higher but I haven't had any panic attacks, thank goodness. I am just trying to stay positive, focus on how far I have come and believe that this is just another hurdle that I will get over in time. How are you doing? Have you read any self-help books for anxiety and panic disorder? I bought three from Amazon and the first one that I am reading has been pretty insightful. Let me know if you want the names of the books. In the meantime, stay strong and I hope you are feeling better! Hugs, Col :)
