You are strong. You just don't feel it right now. Your kids love you more than anything in the world. You deserve to be happy, now you need to surround your self with people who want that for you. Remember your surrounded by us. We want you happy.

It seems like we can take anything until our kids get hurt. Hang in there and love them through it. So many of us are going through this together, and so many have done it already that we can't give up yet!

My anger took a very long time to dissipate and much of it was reactionary. I would occassionally speak to my ex and she would say I did things that were total lies and it would get my anger to rise up again. As time passes she doesn't seem to need to demonize me any more to justify her infidelity (though she still does a bit). So to answer your question, much of it depended on my ex who always was much more aggressive and abrasive than me. Now, I just want her to recover her sanity and find a nice man.
