This whole chat room thing still seems really sterile for me.  I'm struggling to feel "connected", even with a couple of lovely hugs and messages from two lovely, lovely people...thanks people!

 Maybe I'll stick with my every-other-Thursday patchwork group for support, although they're all so, so overweight they must feel a bit offended when I talk about my weight loss struggle. 

The time I spend typing should be spent moving, and then I won't have nine extra kilo's to worry about!  

Okay, see ya...I'm off to dismantle a fence and haul off a hen house...should be good for at least 200 calories burned!

Besides, I have so many friends I can't find time to e-mail half of them!  What am I thinking!
