Beautiful Morning Mood

It was one of those spring mornings where the temperatures are cool but yet have a hint of the day to come. The sun is rising fast in the east and the air has that delicious smell of woods. That smell of earth, trees, leaves, and the lingering scent of pines. As I step out in my stockin feet I spotted the deer that I have been seeing now for the last three days. She seems not to fear but is very leary and watchs me and the dog. It is if she really has no desire to roam too far. I wonder if there could be a baby around. She just twitches her tail as she goes about grazing while keeping one eye on us. She meanders around the farm till she disappears over the hillside, although I feel that she is not too far away. Just far enough to keep us within her sight. I'm sure that she will double back onto the farm.

The birds are so loud today with there songs. Each one seems to be trying to out sing the other one. They awoke me with the rising sun. So many tunes you really don't know which one to follow or listen too. If you listen close enough you can hear little peeps everywhere. You all know what that means.....Babies!! Babies on the Farm. Nothing more enjoyable then seeing spring and life jump into action. Life has circle around once again.

Woke up feeling less achy but still so swelled I feel like a pregnate toad!! Seems like when your feet and body hit the world it wants to swell again. Over all though I think it is doing its job. Eyes seem better except the right one is wanting to swell a little. Have my cute little "puffy blow fish" face and "rosy" cheeks. So it looks like it will be a day of rest for me. I think it will take a few weeks to pull back from these steroids although I pray I'm wrong. Went to doctor yesterday and she wants me to get my hearing and eyes evaluated and checked out. Joy and Fun!! Nothing they can do but at least it will be on paper for the good ole goverment! Well I hope that you all are doing well and getting out to enjoy that sunshine. I walked to the end of my driveway yesterday so that was enough for me. Will do it again today if not twice. Need to build this strength back up cause I got things to do and people to see. My mom, motherofdeeitsme, just informed me that she has purchased a pottery wheel and kiln!! WWWWOOOOOOO play time is about to begin!! Wishing you all well and hope to chat with you all soon!!

When I'm really exhausted, I sit on the Earth and visualize the tiredness flowing out of my tailbone and deep into the Earth. It really helps me when I just can go no further...

Sounds like a beautiful day on the farm. The birds are loving the weather and the wild life is springing around every where. It is a wonderous time of year! Stick with it, I know the feeling of solumedrol. I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers! Hugs to ya! Glad to hear you are coming back to normal....It will be a week or so and then you will be yourself and have fun with Mom. Sounds like you are so lucky deer and maybe a baby too. Birds etc. Enjoy it to the fullest. Take Care. LOL

I need to come back out to the farm for some more r&r. Busy busy as usual. Love the new position although first day had some issues ( opening manager never showed until almost noon). Computor froze at close.
