well, I've been doing better about using the Sun Bed - but my Mum has come to live with us (she has alzheimers or something like it) it is very draining to keep her entertained and she doesn't understand or remember that I am ill. So, of course, I am in crash mode :( Today I'm runnijng fever, achy, headachy, sore throat, didn't get much sleep last night, yada yada yada....
