mate im glad your getting some better treatment, i know exactly what you mean about some people beliefs that we are making ourselves ill or that we somwhow created this illness inside ourselves my gp actually informed my workplace on a medical that i hm an alcholic and i made myself ill where this is just not the case i have never been a drinker and certainly would not drink with this pain

hey guy! wanted to thank you for you service to our country!i salute you! sorry to hear you are in so much pain - i also have a lot of pain. and about these dr.s who think you or i are drug seeking ; DAMN RIGHT! give me something for the dam pain ; thats what you feel like saying.l.o.l. its really not funny but it doesn't hurt to laugh.hope your dr. gave you a letter or paperwork stating your medical problem and your need for the drugs .you will need these to avoid a big hassel about getting your meds that you need.just wanted to say hi and send some hugs and prayers to you and yours. -weezie-

yea it is odd that we seem to be going through same stuff at the same time. I just got out of childrens hospital. I would go to dayton if ym mom was stil a marine. but hey i feel for ya and am here if u need to talk.

Close Pancreatitis
About 3 months ago I started to feel bad again. I went to the doctor in Indiana last week. He said that there are no more surgeries to do and that I have cronic pancrentitis. He said the last place I needed to be was in a drug rehab and that I have to come to deal with the fact i have a chronic disease and need medication to controll the pain. He gave me a big bottle of pain pill and tol me to see my doctors at home.
Treatments
- Methadone Working / Worked
- takes the edge off the pain but I am dependent on the meds and that sucks
