I didn't get to do an entry yesterday ... I was pissed off, I weighed myself and I haven't lost any weight this week ... how can that be, I have been so good and strict with myself grrrr. I am going back to slimfast next week as a 2 meal replacement during the day to give me another kick start, although I shouldn't need this as I am being good.

breakfast ....2 slices wholegrain toast, cup of tea
lunch... cheese and ham toastic, no butter
tea ... chicken fillet burger with salad and chips
TODAY Sunday ..........

breakfast ... 2 slices wholegrain toast and marmalade, cup of tea
lunch ... this was late at 3.30 witht he family ... Sunday roast Dinner, chicken, 2 roast potatoes, 2 boiled potatoes, carrot and swede, brocolli, carrots, sweetcorn and garden peas .. WOW that sounds a lot ... but it was mostly veg and skinned chicken
Snack tongiht ... I feel gluttonous today, 2 cheese biscuits, 1 shared pkt snack a jacks, shared iceicream lolly, strawberries




Dont get frustrated, I bet you lose twice as much next week
