Close Infertility
Trying for 6 months now with a history of 3 miscarriages in my 20's. I am fine but my husband has low sperm count.
Treatments
- Basal Thermometer Working / Worked
- I charted for 6 months and did show ovulation. Hate being stressed about seing up temps so I stopped this month. I do have low temps and a 10 day luteal phase.
- HSG (Hysterosalpingography) Working / Worked
- Had one done and it HURT! Did hear that 3 months after they see a slight rise in fertility; however, since no issue with me we have not gotten pregnant.
- Ovulation Predictor Kit Working / Worked
- I use very month and it shows my ovulation. It reassures me that I am ovulating and gives me a 12-48 hour time frame. My husband is wanting a child so it has not become a "burden" to make love on these days. It is expensive because I use a fertility monitor but a baby is worth any expense in my mind.
Close Pregnancy
37 and pregnant with my 1st baby. So excited and due 9/26/08 3 days after my 2nd wedding anniversary!
Open Pregnancy After Loss/Infertility
I am currently pregnant with my 1st after 3 miscarriages. DH had low sperm count and they had us convinced it would have to be IVF or no baby. We did get a BFP right before our 1st RE appointment. Almost 15 weeks as of 4/1/08 and with 4 u/s behind us baby looks great and healthy.
