Depression
Clinical (Major) Depression

I was an abused child that I believe suffered from mild depression my whole life. However, it wasn't until about 2-3 years ago that I was diagnosed with clinical depression by a professional.
Treatments
Celexa (Working / Worked) I may need to up my dosage, but works well for me.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (Considering) Tried before and quit. Thinking about trying again.

Endometriosis

I've been officially trying to have a baby for 2 years, now. My husband is on-board with the program
Treatments
Artificial Insemination (Considering)
Basal Thermometer (Somewhat Helpful) couldn't remember to make it the first thing I do in the morning.
HSG (Hysterosalpingography) (Working / Worked) Good to know there was no blockage-but still no baby.
In Vitro Fertilization (Considering)
Ovulation Predictor Kit (Working / Worked) This and charting online are the only things I'm currently using (aside from natural remedies).

Married to my highschool sweetheart for just over 5 years. Although, I fear that this is the end of the never-existing fairytale.

Forgiveness (Not Working)
Pets (Somewhat Helpful) Mojo provides love that isn't available anywhere else.
Psychotherapy (Somewhat Helpful) Encouraged me to leave-so I left counseling instead of leaving the relationship. Wrong move? Perhaps.
Reading (Not Working) Done the gamit.
Time (Not Working) 5 years...16 years...who's counting?
