Okay...day 3. and feeling much better than I was yesterday. Two years ago I quit cold turkey for 3 months. This time I used chantrix. You take it for a week before you quit. I noticed 2 days before quitting I was only smoking half of what I normally smoke. I don't have the strong desire for a cigarette that I remember having when I quit cold turkey....but I am still insane, highly irritable, no patience.....It is like having major PMS.... I am hoping that I don't have to deal with some sort of other withdrawal when I go off the chantrix
