After going to church, out to lunch, and out for dessert with daughter yesterday, I'm very dragged-out feeling today.
Today I received my first vitamin infusion from my naturopath. Don't feel anything yet. I get 2 more over the next two weeks. Hopefully they'll get my levels up to something healthier.
Naturopath also prescribed a supplemental program for improving my health, as well as a bioidentical hormone replacement cream. I'm eager to try everything to see if it all helps.
Pain level today about 4; also headache. Tiredness 7.
