Close Bipolar Disorder
I began my mental health trek with a diagnosis of Clinical Depression. A few years later I was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder. I didn't change, the diagnosis did.
Treatments
- Abilify Somewhat Helpful
- Depakote Somewhat Helpful
- Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Too Soon to Tell
- Just started January 2007
- Fish Oil Too Soon to Tell
- Electroconvulsive therapy Considering
- Worked insofar as I went in to the ward suicidal and came out not so much, but there were other factors, like med change and being in a 'spa' :D
Close Smoking Addiction & Recovery
I've been smoking since I was 12 and have quit a lot for the past 15 years. I've quit five times in the past four months and the last time in April. This is it.
Treatments
- Cold Turkey Working / Worked
- Likely the only way I can get off these things.
- Commit Lozenge Not Working
- Laughter Too Soon to Tell
- um, what? I didn't know this was an option
- Nicotine Patch Working / Worked
- Hope it works this time!
