Well I am in my second week of training. Today was a good day but I am really sore tonight. Lifted earlier today, and then played softball tonight. Mixed up my workout routine just a little bit to try and find some things that are better suited to what I am wanting to accomplish. I am seeing some good results from this as I am finally over 160 lbs. I'd be really happy to hit 170 and not lose any speed.
Making plans now for gettin my supplements while I am in Maryland for 2 weeks, for work related training. Well that is it for now, Thanks for all the encouragement I've gotten so far. Like I've said before don't care how fast I run the course I WANT TO FINISH
