I have some horrible news.
It's horrible for me, those of you reading may not care, but it's a big deal for me.
James, My best friend since preschool, the guy with the world's most adorable sister and the universe's sweetest mother, Is moving to Sacramento.
It's not like this wasn't expected, his mom was having a very hard time supporting herself and her two chlidren, after her husband left, taking every material possesion and disgarding any responsibility. I expected that sooner or later, they would have to sell the house. Dispite their best efforts, they weren't able to stay in a good situation. They're moving down to Cali, to stay with James's aunt and her family. My grandpa offered to drive them to the airport, I'll be coming along, to say goodbye. They're leaving on Saturday morning.
