Just got back from DH's ID doc visit.... his counts remain good. His CD4 count was 638, up from 567 3 months ago, and his viral load …

Stage: 0 (Tis)I'm a survivor! Diagnosed February of 06... had lumpectomy & 6 1/2 weeks of radiation.... and now i'm cancer free! My stage was 0. My mom had stage 4 & battled it bravely for 4 years. She passed away in 2000.
Treatments
- Radiotherapy Working / Worked
- tough, but worked.
- Surgery Working / Worked
- lumpectomy, twice. Didn't get clear margins the first time.
Open Hypothyroidism
been hypothyroid for about 8 years...
Treatments
- Armour Thyroid Working / Worked
- just started... we'll see how it goes.
- Synthroid Working / Worked
- it is working, i guess. just changed my dosage.
Open Diets & Weight Maintenance
I was skinny until my 40's, when my metabolism took a dive. Since then, I've gained about 80 lbs, over the last 10 years. I'm quite sick of being overweight... and I still feel skinny inside. But when I see myself in a mirror... i'm appalled... and ashamed. I can't believe that I've gotten this far overweight. I really need to get healthy & lose the weight.

- 6 Week Body Makeover Working / Worked
- It worked great for the 2 weeks I did it. I need to get back to it. I lost 12 lbs the first week...
- Counting Calories Working / Worked
- I'm doing this now. I just gotta remember to journal it.
- Curves Not Working
- didn't work. Went for a year, 3 to 5 days a week, only lost 4 lbs. Ugh...
- Dancing Too Soon to Tell
- Love my Zumba DVDs...
- Eating Healthier Foods Working / Worked
- Yes, it's always on my mind, eating healthy foods. I've switched to alot of organic foods.
- Physical Exercise Considering
- I need to be way better at exercising daily... walking, bicycling, or Zumba... I just have to do it!
- Weight Watchers Not Working
- Tried it 4 times. Never could stick with it.
