SO WE'LL BE WALKING ALL OVER THE CITY SO VERY RICH IN CULTURE.PRAY THE WEATHER HOLDS. HAD A GREAT PAIN FREE DAY ALL THESE MEDS FROM MY TRANSPLANT BUG ME SOMETIMES BUT I TRY TO PLACE THAT ISSUE ON THE BACK BURNER.HOT PARRAFIN WAX BATHS FOR MY HANDS REALLY HELPS THERE FUNTION BY 199%
I LOVE MY PILATES BY I'VE BEEN DOING MORE WALKING SINCE THE WEATHER IS GOOD.WEARING A FLEXILBE KNEE SUPPORT KEEPS ME FROM FALLING. BYE BYE CANE HAHA I WIN.BUT I KNOW PILATES WILL EVEN MAKE MY BODY MUCH STRONGER AND PAIN FREE WITH LESS NAPS. SO I NEED TO MAKE BETTER CHOICES.WE NEED TO BE SELFISH WITH OUR WELL BEING.LOVE YOU GUYS.CHEERFUL MOTHERS DAYS.GREETING FROM THE GREAT NORTHWEST.

Sounds like fun!! Me I would like to live on the island. I live out in the country now and only go to the city when I have to. I am fom Californis and it's a busy place. I now live in North Carolina....a lot different. Kind of a culture shock at first but now I have been here 9 years I would never want to go back to the riffraff of the city!! Glad you are feeling better. I hope you have a wonderful time!!
