Friday\'s Exercise Progress
Morning: 35 minutes on treadmill = 1.5 + miles
Happy Sunday morning !!!
I've got coffee and I realize I haven't wrote a journal entry in like forever !!!! It's not that I haven't had ups and downs, funny and sad things happen to me... I just lost my urge to tell !!! I think I'm disappointed with my lack of progress with the weight issue. I mean there is only so many times I can write "this is it" or "I'm ready to lose". I am really proud of the fact I'm running 1.5 miles now....my goal is to run a 5km, so I have to be able to run 3 miles non stop !!! Last year at this time t I couldn't run for a minute straight. But I just kept at it. I'm really happy with my progress !!!! It feels good. I am going to start running outside (weather permitting) to get used to the difference between the treadmill and pavement.
Anyways friends, I pray everyday that I'll get up and the scale will be down........ I just tired of it being the mood adjuster for my day....... so I'm just going to run !!!!!!

Ran about 2 miles, then walked the last one, which I thought was pretty good compared to the shameful 1.5 I did …
I know it is frustrating. The ups, the downs. But you havent given up. You are running now... that is a huge feat! And I know you will knock out that 5k. And when you do... you will feel like you are flying! YOU can do this!! :) HUGS!

Good job with the running. I wish I could but I have bad knees. Problem with being tall and growing to fast as a kid..Anyway I am proud of you.
