for the baby's sake because he would rather do c-section because there is a chance that something could go wrong and may loose one of the babies

I've also heard that they like to do c-sections with twins. I think after the first one is delivered the other one may change positions and could compress the cord or become breech, etc. Sometimes though they do the delivery in the operating room so if they need to do a c-section they are already there. But having a c-section is not so bad. I've done both and I'd say that the c-section recovery was much easier than the vaginal.

i have to have a c-section too, and im not real excited about it either, but if i get a happy healthy baby in the end, it doesnt really matter. sorry about your mom, i hope her new meds work for her.
