Well I'm already down 3lbs in the first day. I actually started the South Beach diet. The induction period which lasts two weeks, you can't have any carbs. Yesterday I had 3 slices of bacon and 2 scrambled eggs for breakfast. I had turkey roll ups (w/ lettuce instead of fajita wraps), and for dinner I had pot roast, brussel sprouts, and sugar free jello. For snacks I had 15 almonds before lunch and 15 almonds before dinner.

Today I had 2 scrambled eggs for breakfast, for a snack 15 almonds. For lunch I had left over pot roast and green beans. For dinner I had carribean jerk marinated chicken with a side salad and sugar free jello.
